  3. Refund Eligibility: Refund requests made outside of the specified time frame will not be honored. It’s important to submit the request within the designated period to be eligible for a refund.
  4. Refund Amount: If the refund request meets the policy criteria, Lane4 will refund the face value of the tickets or registration. Service fees can not be refunded. For example, if your ticket costs $10.00 and services are $1.50, your refund will be $10.00.
  5. Processing Time: After submitting a refund request, members can expect to receive their refund within 7-10 days of processing the request.
  6. In the event you are outside of this time frame, you would need to contact the event organizer.
  7. There are no refunds on custom medals, rings, or awards/trophies.
